Writing, Reading, Publishing

I have come to the realization that I one day I would like to be an author with a published book. Preferably a book that gets made into a movie and makes more money than Harry Potter and Lord of the rings combined x5. Anyhow, this is where I plan to update my progress on writing, what I'm writing, what I've learned about writing, how I am going to publish my "books" and also what I have read or am reading.
